Warranty Policy

Warranty duration

• All products have a minimum warranty period of 30 business days , counting from the delivery of the item.
• In some cases, the warranty may be extended; this extended duration will be specified on the purchase invoice .

How to apply the guarantee for online purchases?

1. Contact our customer service center at +506 6095-4389 or WhatsApp 6095-4389 .
2. Our agent will guide you through the claim process.
3. Please keep the original invoice , as it is a mandatory requirement.
4. The product must be returned through Correos de Costa Rica to the address indicated by the agent.

Warranty Resolution Process

1. Diagnosis in workshop:

   • Any defective product will be evaluated in our workshop by specialized technicians.
   • The customer must provide the necessary accessories to replicate the fault.

2. Diagnostic results:

   • Factory problem: The following solutions are offered:
     • Credit in virtual store equivalent to the price paid.
     • Exchange of the product for another with similar characteristics.
     • Free repair of the item.
     • If there is no inventory and you do not want a substitute product, you will be given a gift card for the full amount, valid for 1 month .
   • Problem due to misuse: If the failure is due to misuse, the warranty does not apply. The product will be returned with a documented diagnosis.

Reasons for cancellation of warranty

• Repairs carried out by unauthorized workshops.
• Damage due to active humidity , impacts, accidents or incorrect handling.
• Presence of chlorine or other chemical agents.

Important notes

• Original invoice: It is essential to manage any warranty procedure.
• Duplicate invoices are not issued nor are reprints accepted.

Shipping Policy

Delivery methods and times

📍 Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM):

• Standard delivery: 1-2 business days via Correos de Costa Rica .
• Immediate delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 pm will be delivered the same day through our personal courier .

📍 Rest of the country:

• Standard delivery: 2-3 business days after purchase.

Restricted areas

In certain areas of the country, deliveries are not made to homes. In these cases:

• The products will be sent to the nearest branch of the logistics provider.
• You can consult the list of restricted areas by calling us at +506 6095-4389.
• If you use our personal messaging and you are in a restricted area:
  • An agent will be in touch to arrange an alternative address.
  • If an agreement is not reached within 7 days , we will refund your order as virtual credit valid for 1 month for future purchases.

Requirements to receive your order

The order must be collected and/or received by the person who made the purchase, who must present:

1. Identity card.
2. Card used for payment.

If someone else picks up the order:

1. You must submit:
   • The card with which the purchase was made.
   • The buyer's ID .
   • An authorization note signed by the buyer.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

How to return online purchases?

1. Initial review upon delivery:

   • Upon receipt of the product, you have 15 minutes to perform a general inspection.
   • If you find the order incomplete or with visible damage, you have the right to not accept the product .
   • In this case, you must return it using the same shipping method used (personal courier, Correos de Costa Rica or other) and assume the cost of shipping , in addition to including a note explaining the reasons for the return.

2. Return after delivery:
   If you did not carry out the inspection at the time of delivery, you must comply with the following conditions:

   • Products must be returned in their original packaging , including:
     • Product box.
     • Packaging and accessories.
     • User and packaging guides.
     • Original purchase invoice.
   • In the case of sealed products, the seal may only be broken if there are defects, damage or incomplete parts.
   • Reprinting invoices is not permitted , as the original invoice is required to manage returns.

Cost of returns

• The shipping cost for returns must be assumed by the customer.
• Returns must be made using the same shipping method you selected when making the purchase (personal courier, Correos de Costa Rica or other).
• The cost of shipping will depend on the current rates of the logistics provider.
