The item and all its accessories cannot be hit, scratched or mistreated in any way.
The only person who can exercise this right is the person who appears as the holder of the purchase on the corresponding invoice. Therefore, to exercise this right, the customer must present the corresponding purchase invoice.
The transport of the item to the point of sale must be covered by the customer. Likewise, if the customer requests the exchange of the originally purchased item for another, he/she must also assume the cost of transport from the point of sale to his/her home.
This right may not be exercised by the Customer when, at the time of purchase, the Customer has been notified by blacklipstattoo.com that the guarantee of the item is limited, because the item has been manipulated, scratched, or in any way, the item no longer fulfills the function for which it was built.
Availability of products and services
