Warranty duration
- All products have a minimum warranty period of 30 business days , counting from the delivery of the item.
- In some cases, the warranty may be extended; this extended duration will be specified on the purchase invoice .
How to apply the guarantee for online purchases?

- Our agent will guide you through the claim process.
- Please keep the original invoice , as it is a mandatory requirement.
- The product must be returned through Correos de Costa Rica to the address indicated by the agent.

- The customer must provide the necessary accessories to replicate the fault.

Factory problem: The following solutions are offered:
- Credit in virtual store equivalent to the price paid.
- Exchange of the product for another with similar characteristics.
- Free repair of the item.
- If there is no inventory and you do not want a substitute product, you will be given a gift card for the full amount, valid for 1 month .
- Problem due to misuse: If the failure is due to misuse, the warranty does not apply. The product will be returned with a documented diagnosis.
