Warranty duration

  • All products have a minimum warranty period of 30 business days , counting from the delivery of the item.
  • In some cases, the warranty may be extended; this extended duration will be specified on the purchase invoice .

How to apply the guarantee for online purchases?

  2. Our agent will guide you through the claim process.
  3. Please keep the original invoice , as it is a mandatory requirement.
  4. The product must be returned through Correos de Costa Rica to the address indicated by the agent.

Warranty Resolution Process

  1. Diagnosis in workshop:

    • Any defective product will be evaluated in our workshop by specialized technicians.
    • The customer must provide the necessary accessories to replicate the fault.
  2. Diagnostic results:

    • Factory problem: The following solutions are offered:
      • Credit in virtual store equivalent to the price paid.
      • Exchange of the product for another with similar characteristics.
      • Free repair of the item.
      • If there is no inventory and you do not want a substitute product, you will be given a gift card for the full amount, valid for 1 month .
    • Problem due to misuse: If the failure is due to misuse, the warranty does not apply. The product will be returned with a documented diagnosis.

Reasons for cancellation of warranty

  • Repairs carried out by unauthorized workshops.
  • Damage due to active humidity , impacts, accidents or incorrect handling.
  • Presence of chlorine or other chemical agents.

Important notes

  • Original invoice: It is essential to manage any warranty procedure.
  • Duplicate invoices are not issued nor are reprints accepted.
