How to return online purchases?

  1. Initial review upon delivery:

    • Upon receipt of the product, you have 15 minutes to perform a general inspection.
    • If you find the order incomplete or with visible damage, you have the right to not accept the product .
    • In this case, you must return it using the same shipping method used (personal courier, Correos de Costa Rica or other) and assume the cost of shipping , in addition to including a note explaining the reasons for the return.
  2. Return after delivery:
    If you did not carry out the inspection at the time of delivery, you must comply with the following conditions:

    • Products must be returned in their original packaging , including:
      • Product box.
      • Packaging and accessories.
      • User and packaging guides.
      • Original purchase invoice.
    • In the case of sealed products, the seal may only be broken if there are defects, damage or incomplete parts.
    • Reprinting invoices is not permitted , as the original invoice is required to manage returns.

Cost of returns

  • The shipping cost for returns must be assumed by the customer.
  • Returns must be made using the same shipping method you selected when making the purchase (personal courier, Correos de Costa Rica or other).
  • The cost of shipping will depend on the current rates of the logistics provider.
